Selena Gomez belted out her new single, "The Heart Wants What It Wants," at the American Music Awards. The emotional and stripped-down performance not only had Selena on the verge of tears -- but her BFF Taylor Swift also appeared to be crying when the camera panned to her as Selena sang her last note.
On Twitter, fans went crazy when Selena mouthed something into her mic midway through her set. Selenators across the board thought she said "Thank you Justin,” but she really said "Thank you Jesus.”
