Cannibal mum arrested after trying to EAT her newborn baby
The shocking incident happened at a hospital in Shenzhen, China, where the woman – believed to be mentally ill – had been discovered heavily pregnant and in labour on the street.
The woman had been taken inside the hospital, where she gave birth to a boy, before being placed in a ward with her baby while staff attempted to contact her family.
However, after her third day in the ward, nurse Liu Tianlun had gone into the bedroom to find the young mother biting her son on the arm.
