Police File Abuse Of Corpse Charge In Jessica Padgett Killing, Gather DNA
Authorities on Monday filed an abuse of a corpse charge against an Allen Township man accused of killing his stepdaughter, Jessica Padgett, and videotaping himself sexually assaulting her body after her death, court records
state.
Investigators said Gregory R. Graf, 53, admitted that he wanted to have sex with Padgett and did so with her corpse after shooting her in the back of the head. Police found video footage of the act on two cameras that had been seized from Graf, according to court records filed Monday.
