A nurse from blundering Borat’s homeland is under fire after a selfie she took with a pensioner’s bare bottom in the background went viral.

The photo, which shows the woman being injected, has sparked outrage - with internet users calling for crafty Vladislava Sledzinskaya, 21, to be sacked.

The nurse was in the doctor’s surgery in the city of Kostanay in Northern Kazakhstan’s Kostanay Province when pensioner Anastasia Kharlamova, 73, came in for an injection.

As the unsuspecting pensioner removed her underwear, Sledzinskaya whipped out her phone to take the picture, before sending it on to a friend.
