Fifteen years after the first Resident Evil’s debut, star Milla Jovovich is bringing us The Final Chapter.

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, Jovovich shared an image of “Old Alice,” who makes her debut in the franchise’s sixth and final film, hinting that the elderly state we see here might not be exclusive to the story’s final minutes.

“#nomakeup JK! thank you to @christinaslashes, @andredinoboy, #federicacastelli and @kerry_skelton_ who worked for over 4 hours at 5 am this morning to create “Old Alice” for our scenes today,” she wrote.
